Every room has a separate air conditioner. It is just like as in the pictures. The apartment is on the top, 4th floor. Really helpful and good owner. Worth every penny.

Great place for a family vacation. Wonderful and helpful host Niko. Especially liked that the apartment had three floors (the top floor was a terrace) and so it was possible to relax even while the child was playing))) There were all the necessary kitchen utensils and outside the window there was a beautiful view of the sea. There are two stores, and a few cafes within 3-5 minutes walk. A pleasant surprise was that on the day of arrival we unexpectedly got to the local holiday for all residents and tourists, with live music and free treats in the form of fried freshly caught fish (for all the rest of the days of such delicious fish we never tasted again, and not because it was free)))) And of course - the amazing sea.

We arrived at this place as a group of four. The villa is absolutely magnificent, with a beautifully designed interior and every detail thoughtfully considered. We enjoyed grilling and swimming in the pool every day. Communication with the host was wonderful, with very quick responses. A special thanks for the beach and boat recommendations.

The house itself is large, featuring two bedrooms and a spacious common area, providing plenty of room for everyone. Despite these modern comforts, you're staying in a house with 400 years of history that has been carefully restored to preserve its authentic charm. With a spacious kitchen, air conditioning, hot water, and a comfortable bed, you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The large terrace with a beautiful view of the water is an ideal spot for relaxation. Marija, the host, is wonderfully friendly and helpful. Communication with her was fantastic, and she is always available to provide tips and advice on anything you might need during your stay. Every little detail in the house is thoughtfully considered, making your experience even more special. I highly recommend this house. While you do need a car to get around, the beach is just a few minutes away by car, making it an ideal base for both relaxation and exploration.

Loved absolutely everything about this villa. Searched for ages for the right one and Villa Ana was perfect. The space, the views, the pool. Everything was clean and it’s v well equipped. Highly recommend.

Villa Divna is an outstanding villa with a pool, with everything you can possibly need and a spectacular view. The host is very friendly and helpful. It is close to Podgora, only 5 minutes by car and Tucepi, 10 minutes - both are lovely seaside towns. This is our second visit to Villa Divna and we can't wait to return!

The villa has great outdoor space and pool and the rooms are all of an equal good size and generally well proportioned. Air con works well and finishing a are of a good standard. We had a few things that needed sorted on first day - more wine glasses, remotes that did not work etc, but the host did rectify these by the first evening. Parking for two cars, 8 minute drive into Podgora - unlikely you would try the 40min walk.
