Nice comfortable big house. Wood central heating which worked perfect and which was needed because it frooze a few nights. 2 bathrooms and a bath. Nice rural area. Got some help with a flat tire, much appreciated. We had a great time, now of to see more of the beautiful country.

Very clean well organised place, exceptional value for money. My kids love the place, number of beds, beddings and kitchen are all matching my family needs. Enough parking space for two cars👌 Neigbourhood is super quite and clean and there us plenty of near by resturants and Tesco, a plat ground and the most important thing is that Mayo University hospital is 20 minutes drive from Peggy place. Loves it

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Big and nice garten to relax and children have a lot of place to play. Some outdoor plays ( ping pong, Minigolf ...). Beds are very good. We had the most wonderful stay at heather cottage, from the warm welcome to the horses outside, it was absolutely fabulous! The cottage was superb,clean,tidy, had a beautiful Irish touch but still very modern and had absolutely everything we needed! The hosts were incredible, I will miss the Irish hospitality that’s for sure! Kids had a blast and had plenty of room to play outside. It was a short walk to knock and a short drive to all major landmarks and knock airport, very easy to get on the motorway from here. I cannot say enough about this property, it was simply brilliant. We will definitely be back again, it will be our home away from home. We made the most beautiful memories here. Thank you to Mary, Billy and Tony, we cannot express our gratitude enough, forever grateful.

JUST WOW.!! The property is exactly as described, super clean, super comfortable, hot tub was amazing and Claire was an amazing host! There was snow on the ground the night before we were due to arrive and Claire very nicely asked us if we wanted to change to a different date as the roads were so bad but we went ahead and we were so glad we did! Ballyhaunis town was 12 mins away, closer than castlerea and we had a nice Chinese take away for anyone in the future staying in this property! The peace and tranquility is such a win and under 2hrs from Dublin it was perfect for our family reunion. Thank you Claire, we will 100% be back and we can honestly recommend anyone looking for a lovely house away from the world, book this house!! Keith
