Great great location in the amazing historical city centre. Parking is free on the roads surrounding the city centre so it was a short walk to reach the location. Host met us outside and walked us to the door, he gave us tons of tips on where to eat and what to visit the next day. Of course the bathtub is the added value that everyone should go for. Neighbours were very quite and no noise from the roads since it is pretty far in the city centre, away from trafficked areas.

The location is superb! You live right in the old historical part of the city in an old building, which creates an unforgettable atmosphere. And you are a minutes' walk away from all the old town sites. That is amasing. The house has a kitchen, which was really convenient. And the design is really nice.

The host was very kind and easy to contact, actually he contacted me via WhatsApp few days before my arrival, making my experience less stressful. Also, he left some water for us and coffee and teas were available for us to have. Great location, clean apartment with a decent space, quiet at night and then well Matera is just great 🤩
