You can't beat the location. It's in the center of town and steps away from LaCooperativa (market & more). It's quiet, charming and lots of room for families. I can't imagine staying in small hotels rooms in Cortina when you have a beautiful villa like this one.

We’ve been on holiday for nearly three weeks and this is our seventh hotel. It is by far the best hotel and in the best location. Our bedroom has two large windows and a corner balcony, with wonderful views of the mountains. All the furnishings are very modern, both in the bedroom and dining room. Every day we come in to find chocolate on our pillows and we are offered a free drink every evening. The breakfast has an excellent healthy choice with lots of fresh and dried fruits, nuts and cereals, as well as the usual bread and cakes. We were also given guest travel passes, which I think is quite common in South Tirol, giving us free transport on local buses, trains and cable cars. Next door is the best pizzeria in town! Altogether this has been a wonderful few days and we shall be very sad to leave.

We were a group of four (one couple and two singles) and thoroughly enjoyed the tranquility of the area and the stunning mountain views surrounding the property. The accommodation had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, a fridge, oven, and more, making it easy to prepare and share meals with friends or family. The convenience of having the main bedroom with its own bathroom, along with a shared bathroom for the two single-bed rooms, was a great feature. Although there’s a bus stop at the end of the street, we had a car, which made it even easier to explore the area. For us, it was a perfect and very enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing stay at this cozy and beautifully designed chalet. We stayed for five days during our ski trip to Cortina d'Ampezzo, and it was the perfect choice. The location is about a 25-minute drive from Cortina, nestled slightly up in the mountains, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere with breathtaking views of the snow-covered Italian Alps. Although it’s in a tranquil setting, it’s also conveniently located—once you drive down to the main road, you’ll find a supermarket and several restaurants nearby. The access to Cortina d'Ampezzo is smooth, taking less than 30 minutes. The chalet was spacious enough for our family of five, allowing us to relax comfortably. The beds were just the right firmness, and having two bathrooms was a great convenience. The main bathroom even had a bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a long day of skiing. The interior was elegant and well-maintained, and it was clear that this home is cherished with great care. On top of that, our host, Alessia, was incredibly kind and responsive. She answered all our questions promptly, making communication easy and stress-free.
