We have really appreciated the kindness of the hosts! We arrived really late and the owners' son took us with their car to the supermarket. All the guest were invited to the New Years party organised within the premises, and we enjoyed spending the special night with their family and friends. As far as the accommodation is concerned, it is conveniently located close to the Temples and the city centre, excellent rooms and pool, I would absolutely recommend this place!

This is a true escape from the city to a green and tranquil hotel, very clean and with extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and beds are equipped with mosquito nets. All of our family loved and enjoyed the swimming pool in between visits to the temples, which are not too far away. We were well looked after by our local Tuk Tuk driver who collected us from Siem Reap on arrival free of charge and chauffeured us to the temples over two days. There were four choices of breakfast, ranging from local and American selections.

Out of all properties reviewed on booking.com listing, this offered the best value for ideally located economic accommodation with a pool and good internet. Plus it is in a quiet street. Exceptional hosts made the stay very easy. They contacted early and on WhatsApp shared options of tours for Siem Reap. Once we arrived we were so glad to use their recommended Tuk-Tuk driver (who spoke some English!) and advice on tours and other activities. The host was there in early morning hours to make sure that we are met by drivers, etc. Breakfast and wifi met our expectations

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay here. The villas are very comfortable and pretty much everything you could possibly need has been provided. Jan, the owner, met us on arrival and was very helpful with showing us around the villa. He is very actively involved in managing the villas and if you need anything he responds very quickly. The pool and garden are beautiful and we enjoyed spending time in the pool with a GnT or beer in the evenings. The local area is very quiet and peaceful because it is a bit out of town - you definitely need to hire a scooter or download an app (Grab or PassApp) that allows you to order a tuk-tuk as it's too far to walk to shops and restaurants.

We had a great family holiday, we loved the pool and the house was in a great location. Our host helped organise drivers and tours guides for us as well as transfers to the airport. We also had a BBQ by the pool which was a great night with amazing food and staff. I would highly recommend staying there
