It’s a well made and maintained cabin with two stories. All the facilities are available. Tasty homemade food was served to your room. Host is also nice and responsive. Staff also very helpful. We should have stayed more.

I had a wonderful stay at one of the best houses in Sri Lanka. The place is beautiful with a peaceful environment, and the food was excellent, especially the breakfast with fresh local fruits. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was large, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy, which made the stay very relaxing. The house is located very close to Ella city less than 10 minutes away and it’s easy to find affordable taxi and 24-hour tuk-tuk services. This place gave me unforgettable memories, and I definitely want to come again. I highly recommend this house for families and couples looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. everyone was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The accommodation itself was top-notch—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail, from the bedding to the amenities, reflected a commitment to quality and comfort. It felt more like a home away from home than just a hotel rooms.definitely we will back.

Everything was great! The family was lovely and prepared an amazing breakfast and lunch for us; one of the best food we ate in Sri Lanka! The room was spacious and clean. Ella can be quite hectic, so it was nice to have a accomodation a bit further out in nature where you could relax. You can even spot some monkeys. You can easily walk towards the town following the traintracks, which is around 15/20 min walking. The family is amazing and really want you to have a lovely time! We definitely enjoyed our stay here!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Nature Lodge Bandarawela! The place exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s a perfect home away from home with everything thoughtfully provided. The lodge comes with a fully equipped kitchen—complete with kitchenware, spices, and all the essentials, making it easy and convenient to prepare meals. There’s a cozy living area with a TV, fridge, and a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bedroom is spacious, featuring a double bed and a bunk bed, perfect for couples, families or groups. The bathroom has hot water, and the entire property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. A special thanks to Mr. Lal, who made our stay extra special. Every morning, he served a delicious breakfast right on time, and was always kind, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and we truly appreciated the peace of mind provided by the CCTV cameras around the property—it's very secure, so there’s no need to worry. Overall, this place is absolutely worth the money. It’s a peaceful, clean, and welcoming environment. We highly recommend Nature Lodge to anyone visiting Bandarawela!

Excellent property with excellent host. Who messaged me a day earlier to inform about room will be ready. Followed up until I come. Offered drinks, given umbrella to ensure we don’t get wet while visiting Ella. Excellent breakfast was prepared. Also follow up after I checked out to ensure everything was all right.

Gorgeous cabins just outside Ella town for an excellent price. Staff and owner are amazing and so kind - they catered to our every need and took good care of us. The views are stunning, the cabins have every luxury you need (including Netflix!) and we loved the private pool and cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was also delicious!
