A quiet little hotel away from the hustle and bustle, lovely clean little pool. Two rooms and two villas (I stayed in the villa and it's spacious, clean and very comfortable). Fully equipped kitchen, brand new AC...small balcony but there's ample room under the pagoda next to the pool to hang out. The background tunes are nature.. Beautiful bird life, water Buffalo's it's so peaceful... The owner is in contact whenever required and the young lad looking after the premises is a nice lad. 15 min walk to the bus stop if you don't have wheels. Fabulous place.

We were greeted with the warmest of welcomes. Our villa was stunning with wonderful sea views. So unique, spacious, stylish and very comfortable. The staff and food were the best we had experienced in our month of traveling in Sri Lanka. Outstanding and utterly charming. The beach was so quiet and although the waves too big to swim in the sound of the waves were so lovely to listen to. We did a day trip to Galle but otherwise found the villa difficult to leave.

We had a stay of one night after our stay at the other villa of Shameera. Also this Villa is a great place to be, really fantastic. Once again, the host Shameera is a wonderful guy. He is so kind and polite, he helped with everything. eg giving some really good hints, what to do and what kind of activities are good to join. It was our pleasure to stay in this Villa also and also to meet such a great person like Shameera. Thank you for everything, you have done for us. Kia Ora, I had the pleasure of staying at Sithuka Villa in Bentota, Sri Lanka, during my recent trip from New Zealand, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made my stay unforgettable. The villa itself is absolutely stunning, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional Sri Lankan charm. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail in every corner of the villa really shows the care and love the hosts have put into creating such a serene haven. One of the highlights of this villa is its proximity to the beach. The beach is literally just a stone's throw away – a short walk down a lush, tropical path. The beach is pristine and peaceful, with clear waters and soft, golden sand. It felt like having a private slice of paradise, and I spent hours enjoying the sun, swimming in the warm Indian Ocean, and simply relaxing by the shore. The fact that the beach is so close made it incredibly easy to pop out and enjoy the beauty of the coast whenever I wanted. However, what truly made my stay special was the hospitality. The host and their family were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed, offering insightful recommendations for local attractions, arranging transport, and even preparing delicious traditional meals that felt like home-cooked delights. They treated me not just as a guest, but like part of their family, which made all the difference in my experience. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat to relax and unwind or a base to explore the beauty of Bentota, Sithuka Villa is the perfect choice. I will definitely be returning in the future. We lived in apartment one month. Everything was perfect. The apartment located 10 minutes walking to ocean. The owner prepared for us different traditional meals 3 times in day, it was very tasty. When we needed drive somewhere the owner drove us by tuktuk. The accommodation located on the second floor. Thank you Kumara and all your family for very nice vocation.
