Location is superb. Lovely outlook. Quiet and relaxing. In my retirement I help on important projects overseas, including seismic assessment of the historic area of Rome and ongoing hazard in Turkey following the huge earthquakes there February 2023. Mostly I do the travel, but I have Arthur's House now top of my list as the ideal retreat for when visitors come for in-depth chatting.
