We absolutely loved our time at the villa! We arrived by car, which was very convenient — the location is easy to reach and surrounded by beautiful places to visit. An amazing villa in a great location. Has everything you need for a large family. Very short walk away from shops, bars & restaurants. Great pool area that can be used as an indoor or outdoor area. Villa was in very quiet and pleasant neighbourhood, with family villas all around. The sea was 10 min walk away, the gorgeus and new park with huge children (and grown ups) playground 15 min walk away. The pool was great, big, deep and clean.

When will I be able to get an answer to my question? Why has Booking been unable to provide a response for two months already? Why do I even need such a service if you cannot solve a trivial problem with a scammer on your website? I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve contacted customer support, and in return—NOTHING! I would like to report a serious issue with my recent booking. The actual accommodation had nothing in common with the description or photos on the listing. Instead of a separate house of 80 m², as advertised, the host placed my family in a tiny attic 12м2 where he himself was living. The conditions were unacceptable: terrible smell, non-functioning plumbing, broken furniture, dirt everywhere and the host’s personal belongings (including underwear) scattered around. We had to leave immediately the next morning. The host refused to provide a refund. I kindly request a full refund of the amount paid via Booking.com, as the service was not delivered and the listing was misleading.

It was great experience! The villa we lived in is well equipped. Peaceful area around. The nearest grocery store is 10 min by car. Delicious authentic breakfasts in the restaurant - 2 min by car from the villa. The staff is super responsive and helpful.
