It’s a lovely hotel in a great location near to old town. The staff were really helpful and they also organised bikes for us to hire and we were a group of 6, so we were glad they could get enough. The pool was lovely and the breakfast although basic was plenty. They also gave my wife a cake for her birthday. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay in Ti Hon House. Hien is such a wonderful hostess. She welcomed us with a passion fruit drink and gave us a lot of tips about trips and restaurants. She's so friendly and sweet. The house itself is beautiful, with a nice swimming pool in the middle. Great to take a dip after a visit to the centre. Hien also arranged a bike for us, so we could tour around the rice fields and pottery village.Breakfast is very good, you have different options to choose from. The room was big, with large windows overlooking the surroundings and a little balcony, perfect to read a book in the evening. The house is located in a small and quiet street and you can walk from there to the city center. We recommend Ti Hon House! If we come back, we'll stay there again

I’ve stayed at many hotels, including more expensive ones, but this Hoi An villa was the best. It was ideal for relaxation, with a fantastic breakfast at the nearby Nourish Eatery and very friendly hosts. The room was clean, with excellent air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and good coffee. For more privacy, book a balcony room on the second floor; for an open feel, choose the ground floor. Enjoyed the convenience of watching TV with my MacBook via HDMI.

We absolutely loved our stay at Gioan Boutique Villa and would always come back! First, the staff is incredibly friendly, it's a family business and we felt like part of the family straight away! Happy Han welcomed us with open arms and helped us to book everything we wanted. We had amazing food every morning (à la carte), definitely recommend the crispy country pancakes with rice-paper! So delicious!! We also had a private cooking class with Vina, she is such a lovely person and we learnt so much from her!! The rooms are great as well, we had everything we needed and room service every day! We stayed 4 nights, which we definitely recommend for truly experiencing Hoi An! Thank you for this awesome accommodation!
