Everything! We were warmly welcomed by Louise, who gave us some wonderful info on the house, the town, and nearby activities. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very well equipped. We had an extremely enjoyable and comfortable stay, and the spaces were perfect for socialising.

I was only here for one night on a 16 day cycling tour, but this stands out as the most memorable of all the places I stayed. I had a very comfortable night's sleep in a self contained 'apartment', set amongst a cluster of well preserved period style buildings (200 years old apparently). Also, a very nice breakfast was served the following morning in the large central dining room. No restaurant on site but there are several options nearby, of which I found the Olive Tree (2 mins walk) to be excellent. Normally you stay somewhere in order to see or do other things in the area, but in this case the actual stay was the highlight, like being transported back in time.

We had a fantastic anniversary weekend! It was such a joy and we would definitely return for another stay. The host thought about everything that you need for self catering, there is even an airfryer! It was so clean and smelled so good that I wanted to have the scent at home, bought me some vanilla reed diffusers. The bed, omw.... So soft and comfortable... Even the sheets were something that I have never felt.. I know this is a long review but they deserve it! Lastly is the hot tub! We spent every night in it, such an enjoyable experience! You need to start heating it up a few hours before you get in but that was not a problem,once it gets to temp you need to slow down😂

We were 4 Adults & 1 Child, and we had the most wonderful stay. We received the check in information via Whatzapp, very clearly step by step. Michelle & Debby were both available when we had a question. The Cottage is equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Great wifi and walking distance to town. Parking on property. Swimming pool nice and warm. We had a wonderful saty and would love to be back in Winter to make use of fireplace.
