Traveling with five kids means we need plenty of space, comfort, and practicality, and this villa delivered on all fronts! Nestled in the well-connected JVC, it gave us the great balance between Marina and Downtown with its top sightseeing’s. The villa was spotless and thoughtfully designed, the layout was great for keeping an eye on the kids, mostly playing on the first floor living room with the billiard table. The fully equipped kitchen was another bonus, ( let’s be honest, eating out with five kids every night isn’t always ideal!). The owners hospitality and touches—like stocked essentials, local guides, and quick responses—made our stay super easy. For families looking for stress-free, comfortable, and well-located home base in Dubai, this villa is a fantastic choice. We’d happily stay here again!

The apartment fully corresponds to the description and even exceeds expectations! Upon arrival, we were greeted by an absolutely clean, well-kept apartment. There is absolutely everything you need for a comfortable life - from household appliances and dishes to little things like good Wi-Fi. We did not have to worry about anything. I really liked the design! Light and warm colors create a feeling of coziness, tranquility and spaciousness at the same time. After long walks around the city, it was so nice to return to such a house. The view of the Burj Khalifa from the window is simply something! Evening and night panoramas of the tallest building in the world are mesmerizing. The photos turn out magical. The location is extremely convenient. Dubai Opera and many key attractions are within walking distance, which saved us a lot of time. We definitely recommend this apartment to those who want to enjoy Dubai to the fullest with maximum comfort. We leave with wonderful memories and a desire to return again!

The apartment is quite large, the bedroom, bathroom very nice and clean. it has a balcony, the laundry worked fine and drying the clothes in the balcony was great. The apartment was very functional, no issues as such, the building is quite tall and the pool on the 5th floor was nice to swim in. There is parking with this apt but i did not need to park. Google maps shows the entrance to this building in the back where the parking is but there is an entrance there although the main entrance is on the opposite side. elevators are fast and plenty. there is a sofa bed in the main room which i did not use.
