Lovely private villas in an oak forest right next to sea coast. We really appreciate the "green" aspect of the villas, which have been built in an oak forest leaving the cooling tree cover and privacy. The beach is next to the property and you really get the best of combination of being in a quiet secluded spot but 2 minutes away from the water at the same time. We found the villas to be spacious, with two separate bedrooms, a large living room, and a nice terrace.

The villa we stayed in met all our expectations. The host, Bojana, was very attentive in a professional way. The farm the resort is located in provides homemade products (cheese, icecream, etc). We got a tour of the farm which has an interesting story. We definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay.

Everything was perfect. I can highly recommended this accommodation (villa) for everyone. Very beautiful and super clean, with good equipment of kitchen, everything you need. Also TV, AC, bathroom with shower and toilet for each bedroom. Closed area available only to accommodated guests, safe for children. Parking for 2 cars directly in front of the house, private and very clean pool (pool depth 1,5m).

Marko is a very attentive host, he was always in touch, and if any questions arose, he immediately solved them. The houses are well equipped, there is even an electric grill.

New well maintained property. Kitchen is well equipped to prepare short meals. Bit of climbing to be done but its good for health.

Το HACIENDA MIA with yacuzzi, BBQ, free parking βρίσκεται στο Ζαντάρ και διαθέτει δωρεάν WiFi και θέα στον κήπο. Έχει επίσης κήπο, ιδιωτική παραλία και βεράντα. I loved everything. The host was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The location of accommodation is very close to old town and local amenities. Everything was perfect. Clean, well supplied. Our host was very kind and even prepared the hot tub for after a long day hiking it was just what we needed. Oh and the fresh grapes and olive oil provided by our host were amazing. I will definitely be back. X

To Heritage Villa Vitturi Sea View βρίσκεται σε Kastela, σε Splitsko-Dalmatinska županija και σε κοντινή απόσταση από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Ostrog. Our stay at Heritage Villa Vitturi Sea View was absolutely perfect. The owner went above and beyond — he picked us up from the airport, dropped us off at the end, helped with our luggage, and even kept our bags after check-out so we could enjoy our last day stress-free. He shared so many great tips for what to see and eat, both in Kaštela and in other cities nearby. We visited Hvar, Trogir, Split, and Krka Waterfalls, but the beach right next to our villa was actually the clearest and calmest of them all. Kaštela itself is such a peaceful town — perfect for relaxing after day trips. When I was bitten by a jellyfish, the owner immediately brought a cream to help, and when we spilled some coffee, he was completely understanding. The villa is also very well-equipped — you can find everything you need for washing, drying, and ironing. He even treated us to our first drinks at a local bar on our first evening — such a kind gesture! A few great tips from our trip: 🍦 In Hvar, try the homemade gelato at Sweet Republic Hvar — it’s amazing! 🍷 In Primošten, don’t miss Gracin winery for great local wine, and Slastičarna Nautika for delicious ice cream. 🌿 And definitely visit Krka Waterfalls — it’s absolutely worth it! We felt truly welcomed and cared for here. I can’t recommend this place enough — we’d love to come back someday!
