Clean and spacious apartments with private parking, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. A quiet place, very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary dishes for meals. The hosts were always in touch and ready to help with any question. There is a supermarket nearby and an excellent fish restaurant. Special thanks to the father of the family for his help with parking.

Great location a short walk to the main seafront area, but also not directly in front of the beach, therefore providing a quieter evening experience. A very short walk in the opposite direction gets you to a great restaurant in the area, so easy access to amenities, including a kiosk around the corner. Great private parking is available, individual balcony and the hosts are very welcoming. I would highly recommend!

There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Great friendly hosts. The house, although small, had everything you needed. The house is newly renovated and clean. An incredible view of the lake and mountains from the window. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the beaches (there are three incredible beaches nearby). But it is worth considering that all beaches are paid (10 euros for one sunbed for the whole day). The nearest supermarket in Ksamil is about 5 km from the hotel.

The holiday home features family rooms. We booked this flat at the last minute after our previous booking turned out to be poor and did not meet our expectations. The place turned out to be an excellent base in Ksamil. A modern flat in a recently completed building. There is a brilliant swimming pool in front of the building, available to all residents. Apart from minor details, such as the kitchen not being fully equipped and a leaking tap in the bathroom, the place turned out to be a very nice location to spend two days in Ksamil.
