Quiet, great movie selection, thoughtful staff, some eateries just below the building and a local village night market across the roads. It’s good if you’re visiting Nanshan and BaoAn areas. A little far if you’re spending more time in Futian or Luohu area.

The view from all areas is incredible, the reception on a high floor. Rooms were spacious and luxurious. Flawless service from Eason and Yoyo in particular. Breakfast was varied, well prepared and with some classic Chinese options.

Location is perfect as it's connected to Shenzhenbei station. Breakfast was very good - a lot of choice! The hotel itself feels luxurious and futuristic - with it's robot cleaners getting on the lift etc! The room was incredibly good and one you would be paying many times over in Europe.

Free upgrade to a 64 m2 luxury suite by Lady Lily Deng in the reception. Big indoor swimming pool.

Excellent location signposted directly from Shenzhen railway station. Room/suite was enormous, luxurious and super comfortable.

The hotel looks luxurious compared to other hotels. Location is great with many restaurants nearby. Great breakfast too

Luxurious decor in the room, good service

Near shopping places, minimarkets, and restaurants. High class concept with big luxury furnitures. But too narrow for the small room. They provide gym, indoor swimming pool, and 1k-ish spa. Their receptionist only can speak Chinese, but there are a lot of foreigners from English speaking country.

The level of courtesy and the luxury vibe in the whole hotel. Great location. Also the champane-shaving ceremony at 6:30pm daily.

The staffs, they provided luxury service indeed, friendly and helpful
