The moment we walked in, I was already sad we only had a few nights here. If I were to go back I'd stay a week and explore the area from such a lovely and comfortable home base. Our family of 5 appreciated the pantry staples so much after a long day of travel and not having to go out to the store. Waking up with eggs on hand made it even more comfortable. The beds envelope you in the most luxurious clean linens and the bathrooms are so well lit for great makeup application which my teen daughter raved about. The couches are comfortable for an evening snuggled up as a family and the views from the parking pad took our breath away. The place was spotlessly clean, and the towels were fluffy and large. Best stay we have had in the whole country. If you are unsure, go ahead and boom, and add a few nights. Communication was great and self check in is great. Had the best kitchen stock we have ever experienced with things like liquid measuring cups, amazing new appliances and even a washer and dryer. It was so kind to include soaps for everything. Being able to wash a few small items while we are on the road for a month was so helpful.

Beautiful Lodge house, full of character and very comfortable and spacious. The welcome basket was a very nice surprise. We had a fantastic weekend.

Location to Bath ,easy walk 20minutes Hosts were exceptional The surroundings are fantastic right on the river, swans , otters , squirrels and 2 beautiful 4 legged residents

We arrived a little early and Alison kindly gave us a lift into Bath. Alison had thought of everything, the cottage and surroundings were idyllic. We couldn’t have asked for anything else. Highly recommend the Old Workshop cottage for a relaxing and quiet place to stay near Bath! Will definitely stay again if visiting Bath! Thank you Alison 😊
