Just right in the center of Areopolis! I felt really “living slow” while staying at Sophia’s Town square apartment. It had a big bed, bug bathroom and lovely seating area outside in the garden. I really give thumbs up for Nicoletta being so accommodating! She helped me to settle everything in place when my trip to Areopolis was going all wrong!

The house was immaculate and had absolutely everything you could need. The location is very close to numerous beaches, cafe's and restaurants. It is very tranquil and relaxing and we very much enjoyed our stay! Be sure to order a homemade meal as Georgia is an outstanding cook.

Vorino Luxury Villas has sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Psíon, 20 km from Caves of Diros. With garden views, this accommodation features a patio. Rooms are equipped with a balcony with mountain views. the most beautiful, well designed and thoughtfully equipped villa at a most beautiful, seclusive location. It will be one of my favourite accommocations in the world and regret not staying longer than 1 night.

Featuring city views, vecchia casa offers accommodation with a balcony, around 1.5 km from Monemvasia Beach. Featuring sea and mountain views, this villa also has free WiFi. The accommodation provides room service and private check-in and check-out for guests. Loved the location- we parked 400m outside the town gate and walked in 50 m inside the gate following the YouTube instructions. Easy! The house is spacious with three levels. Level one you walk into off the path and is a huge double bedroom and sofa sitting area. You must pass through this room to get to the lower levels stairs. It wasn’t a privacy issue for us though as the other person had their room on level two and then they only went down to kitchen/bathroom at night. Level two is one double bedroom with door. Level three down the bottom is a large lounge area with more sofa beds and a kitchen table. The kitchen is off this and then the small bathroom is off the kitchen. There is also a door to get outside to a lower path on the bottom floor. The views out the windows are lovely, rooftops and bougainvillea. Two minutes walk to cafes shops and restaurants. We were there in the rain and you must have good footwear for the rocky pathways and stairs that are all over the island. We were left water, juice, croissants , tea coffee and some condiments.

A private entrance leads guests into the holiday home, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne. The property has an outdoor dining area. Everything was perfect! The view is amazing, the hosts were extremely kind (we thank you for everything!!) You’ll find everything you need at this accommodation. The bed was so comfortable to sleep on and again, that view, when you wake up, it’s just amazing. The kitchen has all you need to cook and it’s very clean. There’s a small fridge with a freezer, perfect for 2 people. The bathroom has all the amenities. Everything was clean. This place is more than worth it. I cannot recommend it enough! We’ll come back! The terrace is perfect for enjoying a frappe or a glass of wine at night. There’s also enough space for you to do a workout, like yoga. What we also enjoyed: The Alypa beach near it is wonderful, so scenic. There’s a very good family restaurant near it as well. It’s called to Steki. Make sure to check them out.

The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk and a shared kitchen for guests. This was a lovely old village house with loads of character. It had been beautifully restored, in keeping with the original era, including typical furniture and kitchenware where possible. It had excellent views and was very peaceful and calm. The kitchen was generally well equipped, but strangely, had forks and spoons, but no knives in the drawers. There was a delightful terrace from the top bedroom with table and chairs to eat outside. It was a wonderful place to stay to get away from the hustle and bustle of the town, a few kilometres down the mountainside.

The villa also offers facilities for disabled guests. What a “forever memory” stay we had in this beautiful and lovingly restored house. The fixtures and fittings are to a high standard. The bed was super comfortable. Everything has a luxury feel. The views are stunning. The pool is welcoming and warm. It is a serene setting and offers peace and tranquility for true rest. We loved meeting the owners Mum who was welcoming and available if we needed anything. Her hug goodbye was the kind of hug I always wished for from my own Mum. The village square offers nice food and good coffee. We did not want to leave.
