The villa, the garden, location, service and hospitality has been perfect. We felt welcome and home from the first time we entered. The location is in the middle of a green area on the island and a great base to travel around the island. Small restaurants close by and a 15 min drive from Zakynthos city. For active people there are great areas for hiking or a good walk. The property is well equipped, cosy and clean. The garden is fully closed off by a gate you feel secure and can park your car direct to your villa. Most important are the hosts, they are hard working , friendly and welcoming and makes you want to visit again.

The house is marvellous. Two separate floors with two bathrooms, which for travelling with 2 teenage girls was great. Impeccably clean, with a washing machine, ironing board and a fridge with cold water and a bowl of fresh figs as a welcome gift. The house was cleaned every day. Air conditioning im each room. The house very nice and helped us with everything. There is a parking at the private terrain in a shade. 5 min to the beach, along a turtle rescues station and a few tavernas. Taverna Gerakas has the best coffee. The owner is a wonderful barista.

I don’t know where to begin! It’s super private and the views are so beautiful. The outside patio is where we spent most of our time. The room was cool (needed in this heatwave), great facilities (kitchen fully equipped, bathroom has lovely scented shampoo/body wash), and the staff were so easy to get in touch with and really helped with recommendations and transferring us around. Special shout-out to Demitris and Irene for going the extra mile for us! We will never forget this stay! Highly recommend

Το Alegria Villas Complex περιβάλλεται από πεύκα και ελαιόδεντρα και είναι 5 λεπτά μακριά με τα πόδια από την Παραλία Άγιος Νικόλαος. The owner and employees, the great atmosphere, the terrific garden, the lovely animals, the view, the spacious apartment. Was there anything not to like!?

Το Exensian Villas & Suites βρίσκεται σε απόσταση μόλις 150μ. από την παραλία του Μαραθιά. Προσφέρει αμφιθεατρικά χτισμένες βίλες με ιδιωτικές πισίνες με υδρομασάζ. The villa was exactly as shown in the pictures and descriptions. The owner of the villa arranged a rental car and transportation for us. The villa also had a wonderfully helpful and nice man who booked us a table at the restaurant and even got us food one evening, Spiros was amazing! We had a perfect vacation!

This area has tiny beaches, but the hotel has a big grassy yard with sunbads and a pool-like access to the water. It's just perfect. Also for little kids. The breakfast served in the apartment adds a nice touch. The entire crew is just lovely.
