Surrounded by trees, Aminess Younique Gaia Green Villas features modern decorated accommodation with fitness and water sports facilities in Njivice. Free WiFi is provided. The accommodation was really great - villas are well equipped and super clean, located underneath the treas in a quiet area (slept really well). The kitchenette was equipped with all that we needed (although we mostly ate outside, there were plenty of places to choose from). Super nice employees (both the receptionists and the cleaning staff, they really made us feel at home). The reception staff showed a lot of consideration for special needs of my elderly parents - much appreciated! For people travelling with their dogs: whole of Njivice (basically all the restaurants and coffee shops we visited) are super ok with the dogs accompanying their humans to the establishments. There are a couple of beaches where dogs can go as well, so all of our "family members" were happy with the stay. For sure will visit again!

The location is fantastic, offering a serene environment while still being close enough to local attractions. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly stood out. The host Danijela was extremely friendly and helpful, providing all the necessary information right after booking and staying available if we needed anything. The house is beautiful, located in a quiet area, and very modern, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. With beautiful outdoor area. You can easily walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and a bakery. We would definitely love to come back.

Everything is brand new, stylish, and modern, thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. At the same time, the house radiates a calming, natural atmosphere. It’s clear that this place was created with heart. The location is an absolute dream – nestled in untouched nature, with breathtaking views. No neighbors, no traffic noise – just birdsong, the rustling of trees, and wide-open landscapes. And yet, the sea is only a short drive away. It doesn’t get much better than that. A special thanks to our host Antonio, who welcomed us with warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. All in all: a wonderful retreat in a beautiful home. We’d love to come back!
