The view was beyond description, a volcano mountain rising majestically above a lush jungle, a sight that felt like a direct connection to the earth’s soul. Every moment spent in that room was a reminder to pause, breathe, and simply be. The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and attentive, making us feel like family. Their service was outstanding, and always helpful. The open-air spa is a must there!! it was a perfect place to unwind, offering a peaceful and holistic experience. The villa is located just 10 minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, and money exchange offices. Virgin Beach, a must-see destination, is just a 50-minute drive away, and Gembleng Waterfalls are only 15 minutes by car. Plus, you can rent a bike directly from the hotel to explore the area. Patal Kikian Villa was the highlight of our entire trip in Bali!!! An unforgettable experience we’ll definitely be returning to.

Select villas come with a private pool. The property was clean and immaculate when we arrived. The property was cleaned on a daily basis. The private pool was also kept clean. The cleaning services were prompt and regular and a hats off to the cleaning team who did their job exceptionally well. We took their taxi pick up from the airport on arrival and also when departing. We also used their taxi services for full day trips and it was amazing. Nick and Bapak took us around on full day trips and both of them were wonderful in their jobs. We would definitely stay at Juada Garden again when we go back to Bali.

The pics do not do it justice. our villa was a full house. Huge living room, huge kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Our villa was 202 and was way better than the photos suggest. I cannot comment on the food or room service since we spent Nyepi (silent day) at the villa so we cooked our own food.

The hotel is very clean, staff is very friendly, breakfast was delicious, location is very central and the room was very comfortable. Very good for families with small children.

The staff is the KINDEST EVER! I took my granny on vacations and we had an early tour , they were lovely and packed my grandma with some breakfast box (which was huge and full of tasty food for the way ), they found a driver to our next destination (which was quite far) for an AMAZING price , the door in the hotel is TO DREAM ABOUT, I wish we could have expended there more time , but my next time in Bali I will definitely come back , they made from a simple trip a great memory.

I got exactly what I was hoping for, beautiful accommodation looking out to the lush valley, sounds of nature and birds all around. The staff were all wonderful, friendly, very accomodating and easy to contact via WhattsApp chat at all times. My villa was stunning and my private infinity pool perfect. The locals were also very friendly and I ate out locally for lunch and dinners but as the wonderful breakfasts were provided and delivered to my villa I was always in for that, fresh and healthy options.
