The property was clean! Beyond expectations. The staff were super friendly, had problems with the wifi but they solved it instantly without any hesitation. Totally recommend this villa!
The villa is well kept with a large private swimming pool. Bed is comfort. 1st level got 1 shared bathroom and a bed room with king size bed. 2nd level got 1 shared bathroom and 2 bed rooms with king size bed. 3rd level got an attached bathroom and a king size bed and balcony. Overall a pleasant stay. Owner is friendly.

Love the villa. It is well stocked ( except more pillows for the beds would have been nice ) Love the pool. Peaceful and nice ambience. Short ride from Ferry Terminal. We arranged for a BBQ night and the setting was perfect. Shoutout to the service crew that made it perfect.

Villa S1/15: The location is pretty accessible as it is near to the main road. There is a nearby mart for you to spend on late-night cravings and munchies. The villa is within a gated community, hence it is safe and there are security guards patrolling the area often.
