All staff is nice, polite and very responsive. There were a lot of complementary perks including swimming googles and pool toys. Kitchen was fully equipped. Power plug adaptor, Bluetooth speaker and mosquito repaler spray and socket were also included. Everything is very well organized, airport transfer, in house massage service, floating breakfast and information about local area. We spent our vacation very comfortably there.
