This is a fantastic house in a fantastic location, perfect for using as a base to explore Ireland, it's on a quiet road but only 5 minutes drive from the town with lots of shops and supermarkets ETC, the house is gated and there is plenty of room to park our car securely, the grass was cut which was great for the Children to play in, there also was a small table provided in the porch where we could sit and watch them . Inside the house was perfectly clean with everything you could need, We very much appreciated the tea coffee biscuits ETC that was left for us to use, the beds are very comfortable and also there was a travel cot , loads of space inside as there is two big living rooms, for us it was very very good and we have booked again already

The property is non-smoking and is situated 48 km from Castletroy Golf Club. The cottage was set in a beautiful, quiet area. We loved the cosiness and warmth of the cottage. It was so welcoming and the hosts have thought of everything, milk in the fridge, wine and biscuits for us on arrival and the Christmas crackers were a huge hit with our three kids. They loved the board games and we really enjoyed playing them together in front of the cosy electric fire in the living room. The cottage was spotless and every facility you could need or want was available. We will definitely be back and would recommend without hesitation.

The property is non-smoking and is located 17 km from Castletroy Golf Club. Can't say enough good things about our stay at Birdhill Farmhouse. Check in was a breeze and communication was fantastic from Sue beforehand. We were greeted by her husband and the many farm animals to the rear of the property. (Fred the St Bernard stole the show!) The house was very spacious, spotlessly clean and overall, a very relaxing and comfortable place to stay. It was my friends birthday and I forgot to bring matches for the cake candles. Fear not, after a text to Sue, she had some dropped to the door! Would absolutely recommend Birdhill Farmhouse to anyone thinking about staying near Birdhill / killlaoe. Location is super convenient. :)
