Really nice staff. In apartment is plenty of welcome drinks and some food for quick snack or small breakfast. Beautiful location with a view on the tuscany hills. Nice pool area. In town is a small shop where you can get almost everything. We loved everything about this place. Would love to stay longer and chill on the terrace or explore surrounding with our bikes.

Communication was polite and prompt. Collecting the key was easy. Fabiana was incredibly helpful. Amazing property decorated immaculately. Spotlessly clean. Everything you need is provided - tea & coffee, breakfast items, fresh fruit and baked goods, bottled water etc. Coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Even a juicer! Embroidered robes and towels with slippers. Toiletries in the bathroom. A little kitchenette area with a sink, fridge and hob if you want to cook. Open log fire with everything you need - we visited in November and we were warm and cosy since there is also heating. Good wifi. TV in both the bedroom and living room areas. We did not use the sauna, but the hot tub was great with clear instructions - a real luxury retreat for a few days. Located in the old town and walking distance to some lovely restaurants and a couple of bars. Perfect for a romantic getaway.

Everything perfect, nice and quiet place. The owner very accommodating (she brought a gluten-free breakfast without us asking her, she buys it in advance if you inform her) and helpful - she even booked a place for dinner.

Everything was perfect, the room was modern, super clean and tidy, the parking was secure, a close walk into Lucca.

Incredible place, amazingly renovated and furnished perfectly. Incredible views from the rooftop balcony and we loved the local restaurant about 150m away. Very warm welcome and great recommendations.

The Villa is beautiful, stylish rooms with amazing view, typical Tuscan landscape. Everything is super clean and seems to be brand new. The host is very helpful and just a nice person! You can enjoy silence and relaxing atmosphere. It is close to the city of Arezzo (around 10km) that is definitely worth seeing.

Very noce property in a quiet surrounding, in nature with nice views of the hills and garden with olive trees :) I liked their pool as it was quite long and so perfect for swimming. Nicely equiped room and a pleasant host!
