The accommodation was excellent with everything we needed. The garden and surroundings were beautiful and the hosts were very attentive, kind and friendly and offered help at any time. The breakfast was excellent and they provided us with decaf coffee which was lovely. We loved our stay.

Wonderful place to stay, spacious, gorgeous views and very comfortable. Mary was a lovely friendly host. Definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

What wasn't there to love? It was absolutely perfect and I will definitely go back should we travel back to the area! It was a perfect distance from the central town, feeling just close enough that you never felt far away, while at the same time far enough that it's like you're away from the hustle and bustle. Gated residence, beautifully decorated and with all the amenities and more. Spacious rooms, lots of storage space, really a dream home. Lots of eateries nearby and short drives to all the main attractions in Rotorua. Host Michael was very gracious and helpful. Would highly recommend it.
