Hospitable and friendly staff, magical feel to it. I Recommend wholeheartedly!!!

The home is situated on a beautiful view hillside surrounded by grapevines. We were there for 3 nights. It is a family run agrotourismo, and they could not have been more welcoming. The house itself was spotlessly clean. Jorge welcomed us and showed us the property. We had the whole house to ourselves, with a complete kitchen. We decided to have our dinners at the Quinta, which was a good choice as the roads are curvy for our American driving style. We brought our own charcuterie one night, and another night we were able to have our dinner prepared by the Quinta owners. It was a delicious Portuguese meal from appetizers through fish and vegetables, steak and potatoes, desserts and wine. Amazing. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and walking the 2 mile rural lane with views all around. This is a special place, and we thank the family for sharing it with us!

The house is fab, beautifully appointed and Helena was just a wonderful host. Breakfast was incredible and set us up for the day. Great train connection too from Porto.

Upstairs apartment accessible by independent entry door. Residential neighborhood with balcony and views of small home farms. Morning is greeted by rooster and bird calls (if you open the windows - otherwise you don’t hear anything with them closed). Thoughtful, responsive, and accessible host Felip, met us at the apartment and greeted us with a smile, a tray of homemade wine, jam and port. Very appreciated! He recommended a wonderful restaurant where we had a superb meal (the roasted chicken and grilled steak) were delicious!
