This is a great place to stay! Pool, Fully equipped kitchen, pool table, Karaoke system, Big TV, 3 big bedroom with comfortable beds and a very nice staff that is very helpful. I was there with my wife and my daughter with her family. The villa is well maintained and no point to complain. The owner was easily reachable by booking messager and we got instant reply whenever there was a question.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay with my family. Kids were playing at the pool and inside the house where they have playground. House is big and clean with private adult and kids pool and bonus is karaoke/movie room to entertain whole family.You can use outdoor kitchen. Host is really kind and gave us everything we need-toys for the pool, coal for barbecue... It is a bit far from the beach, but we were looking for place to relax at the pool before we go to the south, what we got here!i recommend also for bigger groups it is more than enough space in and around the house.

They also have a local restaurant with good Thai food and offer Thai or International breakfast. Do not expect a luxury stay, but excellent for those who are looking for a peaceful escape in rural areas.

Just arrived you feel like being at home and part of the family. The house provides everything you need and is in a beautiful condition. Everything is very clean. The garden is amazing. Diego keeps it in a perfect condition. You can enjoy the silence and peace of that area. You will need a car or a scooter to get to the city, but Diego provides his scooter for a very reasonable price. We loved it and would 100% book again. Thanks to Diego and Jeab 🙏

Το Cha-am Beach Vacation Home είναι σε Cha Am είναι κλιματιζόμενο κατάλυμα με μπαλκόνι. The house is very big, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are more than enough for 6 person. On top of that, everywhere in the house is super clean. We are comfortable to walk inside with our barefoot and still feel the clean on every step. The house equip with all basic appliances that you are looking for in your vacation; air condition, microwave, refrigerator, TV as well as kitchen utensil that allow you to cook your food.
