Formosa Valley is a beautiful and well-maintained vacation community. The gated entrance provides an added sense of safety, and the guidebook provided at check-in was extremely helpful. It clearly explained how to access the property, available amenities, and checkout procedures. The home itself was quiet, spacious, and very comfortable for our group of five. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen and common areas were absolutely stunning, and the private pool in the backyard was a nice touch. We also loved having access to the large pool at the Clubhouse. The property was spotless and looked exactly like the online photos. The location is excellent. It is close to Walmart, Publix, and both the Disney and Universal parks. The shower water pressure was incredible! They also provide a small starter kit with essentials such as trash bags, dishwasher pods, a sponge, and dish soap. If you're staying for an extended period, you may want to bring or purchase a few extra items, but our 5-day stay was perfect. Maria was very easy to communicate with through the booking app. When we had an issue with the TVs in the common area, maintenance promptly came out and resolved it. I highly recommend staying at Formosa Valley for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable vacation experience.

This property offers a large variety of vacation rentals that are suitable for small groups. All the comforts of home can be found here. With my small group, everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom. Can't find that in standard hotels. It's centrally located within short distance of the major attractions. Grounds are well manicured and very quiet at night. We had the most relaxing day at the pool which offers plenty of chaise lounges.

The bedrooms were very clean and well-kept, which is always a top priority for me. The water park area was definitely a highlight—my children had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave! What really stood out was how responsive and helpful the property manager was anytime we had a question or needed anything. Overall, everything was smooth, comfortable, and family-friendly. I’d definitely recommend this place and would stay again!

It was so homey it honestly looks even better in person, the place was clean, the view was beautiful and the host is so nice when i had a conflict with the time and was able to make the accommodation for my time. The booking was so easy 10/10. Fit my family of 7❤️❤️
