Very close by (1-2 minutes by car), there are Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Starbucks, Peet's Coffee, Handel's Ice Cream (highly recommended), Vroman's Bookstore, bakeries, and Habit Burger, Hook Burger, In-N-Out Burger (slightly farther than the other two), gas stations, and more.

Very nice, well organized. The property has a beautiful garden and patio, excellent for reading, bird watchig and dolce far niente. We had our aunt with us (96 years old) who also loved the place. We enjoyed eating outside in the patio. A very well-stocked kitchen, we even made cookies... Shops, bakeries, restaurants are in walking distance. We highly recommend Vince's Market, 3250 Silver Lake Blvd, a small grocery store in the neighborhood, they also have good meat for tacos, for avocados ask at the store checkout.
