The villas were set in a beautiful natural location surrounded by gorgeous mountains, water and trees. At night time the property was full of atmosphere with lovely fairy lights lining the pathways and trees. The wonderful staff were kind, generous and helpful for our family. When we asked our kids (5yo + 7yo) what was their favourite place that we stayed in Vietnam, they said Hoang Minh Mountain Villa

What a beautiful location to stay! The villas were adorable and very clean. The hosts were very helpful in arranging anything we needed. The on site puppies were a plus, we got all the puppy snuggles.

This property is located on a narrow lane which runs alongside the river, it is a very peaceful location and it is a short walk to the centre of Tam Coc where all the cafes and restaurants are. The property itself is fairly new all the villas surround the beautiful pool area which is shaded by 2 beautiful palm trees. The family cook the breakfast and the quality of the food is excellent. The family are very friendly and accommodating.

Super nice villas in quiet and green area close to Ninh Binh. I felt asleep with the sounds of nature and I loved it! The rooms are HUGE and cozy, I loved the bath with the garden view. Also the staff is really helpful and kind. You can also use free bicycles to go around Tam Coc and Na Trang.

The location is perfect, only 150m to Tam Coc boat docking. The rooms (villas and family room)are excellent with modern bathrooms. The tropical garden with bonus koi fish pond and a swimming pool are all bonuses. Phuc, the reception staff, is very helpful and friendly. He recommended the best restaurant in the Ninh Binh town, Tam Gia Trang, which is a combination of high quality good and value for money. Our whole family very much enjoyed stay. We definitely come back and make recommendations to our friends
