It was honestly one of the best stays in Sri Lanka. The most amazing host family, most amazing food and home. I could not recommend this enough! The house is so filled with love and Lila is so kind and such an amazing cook. Her son and daughter are the sweetest and I loved played with them! And the dad even woke up at 5am just to take us to sigiriya rock, so Kind! Besides that the room is also great, very clean, had a fan and a mosquito net so we didn't get bitten We loved waking up in the middle of nature with all the birds and green surrounding us The location is also great, 10min walk to the main road/center!

By far the best homestay I stayed at in Sri Lanka! Manju and his family are honestly lovely with guests and they made sure I was comfortable at all times. The room was spotlessly clean and surrounded by nature and the breakfast and dinner were delicious. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Thank you so much!

My partner and I had an amazing two-night stay at this accommodation. The place was spotlessly clean, and the owner, a lovely little lady, made our stay even more memorable. She was extremely helpful, even assisting us in booking a tuk-tuk for a 5 am departure, and she got up at that early hour to ensure everything went smoothly. Additionally, the breakfast she prepared was simply incredible. We highly recommend going through her for an unforgettable stay in Sigiriya.

Kostha and Shanika were the best hosts ever!! Kostha was so helpful and thanks to him I have been inmerse in the culture and visited new places out of the touristic places. Shanika is an excellent cook and took care when I needed. The place is located in a very nice green area. Kitchen, room and bathroom really clean. I had a lot fun as well. I will never forget my stay there.

Great place surrounded by nature and immersed in the jungle, you can go for amazing walks through the rice fields nearby. Very good dinners and above all the loveliest family and kids. We had a lovely time here!

Featuring free WiFi, Gangadiya Lodge is situated in Sigiriya, 1.9 km from Sigiriya Rock. Free private parking is available on site. Each room is fitted with a private bathroom equipped with a shower. The family owners are so kind and helpful with our stay. The brothers are very accommodating when it comes to helping to plan your itinerary for Sigiriya and giving suggestions for what to do. They serve a big breakfast every morning, nice and peaceful pool. The brothers even helped us arrange transport back to the airport. The bed and air conditioning in the room was comfortable.

Clean comfortable room in a tranquil area. Bus from Dambulla drops you off on the main road about a 5 minute walk. The family is very sweet and makes you feel at home from the beginning. We had an amazing stay spending time with them and their animals, and learning about their culture every day. Just be aware that the wifi in Sigiriya is not the best, just like in any rural area in Sri Lanka. All in all, one of the best stays we have had in the country. The breakfast is amazing too!
