The view was just stunning - the sound of the sea, the location nestled onto the side of the cliff but safely tucked away from passersby by beautiful landscaping, private peaceful oasis where everything was conducive to relaxing and just soaking in the extreme beauty of the surrounding - plenty of space for our two families to be together and to disappear and have alone time, comfortable beds, great kitchen, spacious and clean bathrooms, beautiful terrace, great pool, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing and practical and friendly and always reliable and quick support from the local team - it was perfection

The house is beautiful. The location is even more excellent. The first night we came on a taxi, we almost thought it was a mistake as it was low season and most restaurants were closed but turned out O Algar restaurant is still open until late even in low season. It was reasonable pricing, staff were very nice there. Uber and taxis are also operational in this area. Uber is half priced of taxi. The Benagil beach is a few steps down via the famous Trail of the Seven Hanging Valleys, which is accessible from the 2 back corners of Terracos de Benagil (no need to take on the car road). From the beach you can swim or rent a kayak to get to the famous Bengil Cave just very close. We also took a quick Uber trip to Portimao and took a tour on the Pirateship, very interesting trip. Mr Floris, Kim and Olga were all very helpful and responsive. In all, it was a great stay. We plan to return next year.

positioned perfectly in the middle of the Seven Hanging Valleys trail. quiet, was so lovely to be close enough yet a walk away from the busy careiro. property/rooms was spacious. kitchen well equipped, washing machine worked well. we were there in off season (February) so I can imagine it gets busy/full - but I HIGHLY suggest going in off season if you’re from a colder place (Canada, norther Europe etc). weather was sunny, hot, and beaches and property almost to ourselves!

Das Ferienhaus Casa Verde war reizen: liebevoll eingerichtet, alles Nötige vorhanden. Absolut sauber, unkompliziert, ruhig und erholsam. Wenn man das kleine Schmuckstück einmal gefunden hat (beim Haus "Burro alegre" links in Sackgasse/Feldweg, dann wieder links...), möchte man am liebsten gar nicht mehr weg...

Ana was a wonderful host - very helpful and caring. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything I needed. The location was great - Benagil beach just 5 minutes walk and in the middle of the Seven Hanging Valleys Trail so an easy walk to the best beach - Praia da Marinha. There are lovely restaurants within walking distance but bring supplies if you intend to self cater and don’t have a car as the supermarket is not close by. Access to the apartment was easy via a lock box and communication prior to arrival and during my stay was excellent.

Clean, cool (not hot!) house in a quiet area. The pool was a good size and had a deep deep end. The area was residential and very quiet, but only five minutes' walk from a very good Italian restaurant and only 10 minutes from an amazing beach. Paula was great and had left some bread, water and fruit for us on arrival, which was ideal following a day's travelling.
