Modern apartment with stylish wash and shower area. Bernard and Linda proved excellent hosts with excellent communication. Location was close to the beach,vehicle hire, and happy hour at the yacht club. I would definitely book again when I visit. A little Gem.

Set amongst tropical gardens, Bungalow Bali Hai offers renovated accommodation in Fare, less than 500 metres from local shops and restaurants. Guests can relax on the large wooden deck. The property is located a short stroll from the town's main center where you can find shops, cafes and roulettes. The property was extremely clean, well kept and we could have stayed a few more nights. Everyone we met on the property from the owner's daughter (Tamarind) to the caretaker was extremely friendly. Not being a native French speaker is challenging but meeting Tamarind who is also Australian was a delightful connection. You must meet their super sweet dog Lunar who will become your best friend with fried chicken :)

Tifaifai et café Huahine offers accommodation in Fare. The property is ideally located to explore nearby archaeological sites, a black pearl farm and a coral garden. Flora was the kindest and most hospitable person we encountered on our 2 week stay in Tahiti. She went out of her way to help us and make sure we had a good time in Huahine. We loved the location - close to the best beach on the island and fantastic snorkelling (old Sofitel) and good hiking (Tapu). And only a 7 minute scooter ride to town. She takes a lot of pride in her BnB - it is very clean and welcoming. The room that we had was huge and even though it didn’t have aircon, it was no issue because of the sea breeze. We loved getting to know Flora and definitely would stay again

Fare Ara Location Huahine offers self-contained accommodation with an idyllic waterfront location. Great location, close to the village and beautiful beach. Nearby there is an agency where you can book excursions! Very friendly staff, the transfer to the airport and pick up is included! On arrival there is homemade lemonade, jam and butter and on departure they offer the flower necklace! Every morning there is a fresh bread waiting for you on your terrace! Absolutely amazing place!

Set alongside a small private beach on Parea Island, Pension Te Nahetoetoe features Polynesian-style bungalows offering views over a coral reef and the Pacific Ocean. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi. This is perfect for me. Very quite, sound of the waves, proximity to beaches and food. A million times better to me than a 5* palace. One of a kind.

Featuring free WiFi and a children's playground, Bee & Bee Wild Island offers pet-friendly accommodation in Fare. Free private parking is available on site. I never post reviews on here but to me B & Bee is deserving of one! I’m so appreciative of how accomodating Gwen was to me. As a shy solo female traveller who doesn’t speak any French and booked my trip to French Polynesia without any planning he pointed me in the right direction and gave me great advice on where to go, what services are cheap in Huahine and what’s not etc. I was unsure about my next accommodation in Huahine so Gwen graciously offered to hold the room for me until midday so I could go check out my next place for myself just in case I didn’t like it. He went above and beyond for me and I think he really cares about his guests. His house is beautiful and he maintains perfect cleanliness of the property.
