Windsor 주택가에 위치한 숙소. 오래된 주택의 건물 인테리어를 현대식으로 고쳐 쓰는 숙소로, 거실은 공유하고 객실과 욕실을 투숙객들이 각자 따로 사용하는 구조. 우리는 3인 식구라 3층에 위치한 방 2개 욕실 2개를 사용. 전체적으로 인테리어가 매우 현대적이고 위생상태가 깔끔하며, 내장에 신경을 많이 쓴 흔적이 역력. 인테리어와 내부 집기로 보면 고급 숙소에 해당. 거실에 식탁과 각종 차, 전기 kettle, 냉장고 등이 있어 간단한 식사를 할 수 있음. 쇼핑, 물건 구매, 식당 등은 도보 5분 이내의 Windsor역 상권을 이용하면 됨. 아침에 기상 후 Thames강 인근을 산책하면서 Eton까지 다녀오면 좋음. 주차는 숙소 뒷편의 Alma road car park 유료 주차장을 이용. 이곳은 오후 9시~오전 9시 간은 주차비가 무료라 최대한 이를 잘 이용할 필요. 관리인 Marius가 모든 연락을 WhatsApp으로 하므로 참고.

A home away from home. The space with separate bedroom was ideal for my daughter and ourselves. We loved the outdoor access to a back patio. The kitchen was perfect to make our own breakfast. The location was residential, quiet, safe and an easy walk to town center. The owners were so gracious in giving us a suggestion for a pub dinner and giving us the taxi contact number. They were so pleasant to chat with.

This property is in the most prestigious location and has views over the river Thames, across Alexander gardens and has private parking. The property offers a home from home experience and you want for nothing. I would never want to stay anywhere else. The location is 2 mins walk from the castle, the shops and fab restaurants, theatre Royal and of course the boat trips down the Thames. It’s just wonderful.
