One of the best guest houses we have stayed in after almost 3 months in Georgia and Armenia. Beautiful view over the valley, delicious food and the best part was the super kind family.

Nice clean house, well equipped, nothing fancy but very cosy, our family liked the house very much. House is located in charming authentic village, sorrounded by very beautiful nature, well suited for hiking. House owners have horses and they organized trip to mountain lake for us. It was amazing experience! Also food was great, host cooked dinner and breakfast for us, all from fresh farm ingridients. Overall it was one of my best stays ever.

Wow! This place is amazing, one of the best I've stayed in during my three years of non-stop travel through different countries. It's brand new and everything is built so nicely, with everything you might ever need.
It's far from people and crowds, with mountain views, greenery, and nature around. You'll see cows slowly passing by. There's a huge yard with BBQ and a hammock, and the nights are full of stars.
We didn't expect such a high level of comfort. The bed and bathroom are better than in most of the apartments I've rented.
The owners are a young couple, friendly and ready to help you.
Breakfast is simple but tasty and enough (boiled eggs, butter, cheese, jam, bread, some greens).
The road there is good enough so you can reach the destination by a regular car, although it's partly challenging because of narrow streets and steep roads.
I highly recommend the place and wanna say - please enjoy your stay with care so such a good places can surprise us by such a good condition!
