A normal, chaotic big African city - more expensive than most. Relatively safe to walk around downtown during the day; take care at night. If you need to be there for business, it's better than many 3rd world cities. For tourism, not much to see/do in Luanda. Airports are normal: Completely chaotic

The Hotel is in the heart of Luanda very close to the marginal and the mall "Shopping Fortaleza". A special thank to Mrs Azevedo that helped me due to a flight cancellation.
