The man who worked answered our questions unkindly, or with a sub-question in a negative context. While talking, he does not look in the direction of the guest who is trying to talk with him, but at the computer, nervously. That was a good change for me since I had been staying in city urban hotels earlier in my trip. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good with ample quatity and variety. Walk 15 minutes to tram station and the tram will bring you to main station in less than 15 minutes. By taxi from old town back: <15 minutes and 15€. Great place to stay! Good shower. Good bed. The hotel is located in a quiet area on the edge of the town but the bus stop is just outside of the hotel so it's very convenient for exploring the city.
