Staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to accommodate guests. Room service has a great selection and is prompt and delicious. The room itself was cosy, warm, comfortable, and inviting. The room was nice and quiet, with no noise from other guests or from the street. The room was clean and tidy and tastefully decorated. The bathroom facilities were very clean and in good condition. Very reasonably priced hotel. Close to Royal North Shore Hospital and St. Leonards train station.
