Nice location [it helped on one occasion when I had to come back to pick up the phone charger], size of the apartment, communication with the owner and his "helper" - the aunt :), simple check-out procedure, home feeling. The apartment is located in the residential building next to the main car road, yet it is pretty silent due to its opposite orientation.
I haven't done much on it - except for sleeping and taking a shower. I haven't used the kitchen or watched the TV, for example, nor have I used the wifi, so I cannot comment on everything.
But in general, all looked like from the available photos and the description from Booking.com.
