Very clean without artificial smells and the room was furnished in a traditionally style.
Jacuzzi and pool very hot mineral water, if you want to use the sauna or steam bath you have to book ahead which I though was good as better than wasting energy all day with no use.

Hotel is relatively new and it shows, feels very fresh. Location is great - lift to Rila Lakes is about 10 minutes with car.
