I really enjoyed my stay here. Soraya who runs the hotel is very engaging, charming and adept. The bed and the blankets and pillows are almost luxuriously comfortable and the room is almost perfectly pitch dark at night for a good night's sleep. There's good hot water with strong pressure in the shower of the private bath and a big window that you can open wide for some chill air if you desire. To top it off the hotel is located in Sopocachi, a vibrant and safe area with lots of restaurants and bars which is also 500 meters from the nearest teleférico station, yet which is also walkable to the main plaza. And all of this at a fantastic budget-friendly price. I highly recommend the Hotel S & S!

Perfect location next to the cable car station, which can get you anywhere in the city. If not, you are walking up / down hills. Breakfast was good but needs to be ordered the night before. Laundry service is same day.

The room was lovely and spacious and clean. The tub had jets which I was not expecting and was really nice. The staff were super helpful and friendly. They even heated up food for me in the kitchen and helped me arrange a taxi at 4 am. The hotel exceeded expectations.
