1. Bugs in the basement room: One downside we encountered was the presence of bugs, particularly on the basement floor and walls. This was a bit unsettling and affected the overall comfort of that particular room.
2. Lack of adequate cooling in the living room: The living room had large windows that allowed for plenty of natural light, but during the day, it became uncomfortably hot. The air-conditioning system struggled to cool the room adequately, which was a bit disappointing.
Despite the cons mentioned, the Blue Mountain Chalet offered several appealing features. Its spacious living room, extensive amenities, ample bedrooms, and convenient location near Blue Mountain attractions made it an enjoyable stay. While improvements could be made in terms of bug control and cooling in the living room, overall, it was a satisfactory experience.

Nice place but not groomed well.
Nice place but not groomed well. Only 2 green runs (there is a third but it was not quite narrow and technical) so not the greatest place for someone who is a novice or who prefers leisurely skiing. This was my second time and left feeling the same way. Not sure I would return for the skiing.

Convenient location, the bus shuttle worked even on his day off. The staff at the hotel were perfectly friendly and helpful. Only one thing: the sauna and changing room in swimming pool were not working.

Blue Mountain village is so beautiful you feel like you are walking in a hallmark movie. Despite the cold winter wind and snow hitting you in your face you will be memorized by the picturesque of the village.

The property that we stayed at was the GRAND GEORGIAN,
I was not at all impressed we had a suite with one bedroom and kitchen.
The suite was quite dirty -the carpets were so old and worn and the placed smelled like a sewer. I cannot believe how old this place is and the allergies that me and my family experienced was not good.
Also no pool at these facilities nothing for the kids to do the whole time we were there.
Will not book here again. Felt very gross in this room not up to par at all.

Loved the snowboard facilities, winter village and amenities. They need to provide more parkong space for tourists. I highly recommend renting your ski & snowboard gear at Mountainside Sports at affordable rates and the staff are phenomenal (address: 774 Mountain Rd, The Blie Mountains, ON L9Y 5G1, Link: www.skirentalsbluemountaon.com).
The townhouse is very close to Blue Mountain Village. We walked there and it took about 10 min. The pool is right in front and we used to fob provided to enter. The water was warm and comfortable. The townhouse was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed (towels, beach towels, linens, pillows, kitchen well equipped). Only issue was that the upstairs condo AC unit was by our master bedroom window and couldn’t sleep with the window open as it was too loud. Overall we had a great stay!
The location is beautiful. Less than a mile from the Blue Mountain Village. Located next to a golf course and 50 meters from two little ponds. It was beautiful to see a group of mum goose with 4-5 little gooselings and bunny roaming around the place. The backside of the property is overlooking the blue mountains. The home is well equipped with 2 ensuite bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, utensils, cutlery etc.
Property is nestled in the quiet Ravenna locality of Blue Mountains. Comfortable beds, clean property and nice deck, hammock, swing etc. The host was an old man but very friendly and accommodating. We stayed for 1 night and it was comfortable. The room had a clean kitchen and all cutlery enough to cook too if you wanted to. Washrooms were clean and so were the bed and linens.
I visited with my family and the hotel was awesome. The staff are efficient and kind. The room was well equipped and very comfortable. The sofa bed was also very nice. The location is superb as it is 5 minutes walk to the village and all the food options. The pools are really nice.
Would highly recommend for a family getaway.
The host Richard is very nice, show us around the property. Staff were friendly as well. . My furry daughter was very happy, she had less restriction staying at the property vs a hotel. My husband enjoy the trail. Area is quiet, we slept better than the time we stayed at a hotel in the village.
A 5 minute walk to Blue Mountain Village, excellent location! The place was very clean, which I guess explains the cleaning charges which is higher than expected. Beds were comfortable and linen and towels were “hotel quality”. Very good accommodations for a family.
This is a beautiful hotel/resort. The rooms are very large and well kept / well equipped. It feels like a resort condo, there is a front door and back door that backs onto the lake, pools and playground. Very lovely hotel, only two complaints / concerns.
Right in the village of the resort so everything is in walking distance. Only had to drive to Scenic Caves. The staff of the hotel and all of Blue Mountain village were very very polite and helpful.
Beautiful hotel right in the village. Without asking, the hotel upgraded my room which was a lovely surprise. Enjoyed the outdoor pools, and the bed was the most comfortable I have slept in, ever.
Spacious home, quiet complex and very well maintained property. Close to Blue Mountain Village, Thornbury and Collingwood. Hosts were very responsive when questions were asked during our stay.
It was exactly as advertised - clean, comfortable and quiet. Close to the beach and Blue Mountain Village. Perfect for the two of us. When we had questions, they were answered promptly.
We have stayed in every hotel in the mountain this visit was weider which was by far the best hotel The room was clean and cozy they had a hot tub and sauna which we used daily
