We were the only hotel guests . Staff spoke NO German or English. Upon arrival , receptionist wanted to see the other guest that was with me . It was my mother who was mobility challenged and she stayed in the car until I checked in. The receptionist came outside to the car with me to make sure my mother was with me . I am a 60yr old woman who was travelling with her 85yr old mother. The whole situation was very uncomfortable . Once we got in the room O locked the door !!! Didn’t feel very welcome .

The hotel is in a great location in Opava city centre, the rooms are well equiped and nice. Comfortable beds, TV, good WiFi connection, fridge in the room, clean bathroom.
