Curățenia, aspectul, ambientul si amablitatea personalului. Este amplasat foarte bine, nu prea departe de gara si nici de atractiile orasului. Camera foarte curata si spatioasa. Micul dejun, desi nu l-am servit pot spune ca este suficient si ce trebuie. Bufetul si locul de servit masa arătau foarte bine. Cafeaua la locatie este din cafea boabe si nu instant ca in majoritatea hotelurilor.
