Staff was friendly and helpful! It was close to the bus station and Metro, which made getting around very easy. Although we never felt unsafe, it was nice that the front lobby is locked after a certain time and someone had to verify you stayed there to get in.

Location is amazing, it's right next to the main train station. Room itself was clean and convenient, but pretty small. Also, there was no bathroom or even a toilet in the room despite the hefty price tag.
