On the plus side the location was nice and the beach nearby very clean. The beds were big and the heating and hot water were good. We stayed in February and it was warm and cosy. It is on a campsite and so this is a step up from a caravan and quite comfy. The washing facility is OK, you have to top up a card, it dispenses washing powder for you in the machine.

The location is great, right in the centre. The personnel is fantastic. Breakfast was very tasty and without any plastic containers which I really appreciated. The room was very big.

The location is perfect - about 10 min walking from the bus/train station and 5 min to the city centre. It was clean and nice. We could check in earlier than agreed. Very tasty breakfast.

Reservation was made for two small groups. Location is great – even walking from train station takes min 10. Staff is friendly and helpful, room are comfortable, no noise was observed from outside. In generally hotel meets expectations, comfortable beds, would be recommended for couples, solo travelers, and small groups. Bathroom was little small but acceptable.

Karen at the front desk is fantastic. We had an issue with our cell phone and she did her best to help resolve the issue. That was above and beyond. Karen is also a wealth of knowledge on Denmark and provided many recommendations on what to see in the area or on route to our next destination.
The hotel is also undergoing renovations on various parts or buildings and I think that will be welcome changes. The renovations did not impact our stay.
Very quiet stay and restful. Breakfast was great.
