APP was spacious, comfortable, but we had a hard time finding the location. I don't know how it would have been if we hadn't encountered a local man who accompanied us on a motorbike. Google took us to the wrong side of town. It was nice to sit by pool in the evening, quiet place.

It has an air conditioner in the main room so it's very comfortable.
It has hot water so it helps doing stuff in the kitchen and bathing the kids specially if you have a baby.
It's near to Rio San Juan city center and at the same time it's near to Playa Caletón.
