Camaleno was a great base for our trip to Los Picos de Europa. Location was perfect for access to Potes, and also Fuente De. The Gargantua del Cares was a 90 minute drive away, but this was an experience in itself! For people who like the outdoors this was a great pick.

The room was spacious, clean and had a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. Ideal location for walking in the National park or taking the cable car at Fuente de. Ideally located away from the tourist trap of Potes and much better value . For an extra five euro each we had breakfast which entailed coffee, cakes, toast et al , excellent value again.
