We did have trouble getting the heater to work once it started to heat up it would then make a really loud noise so we had to turn it off. We reported it to reception. reception staff very nice friendly and very helpful, love the free coffee. Thought the breakfast overpriced and not very good, would not recommend. Good safe and secure underground car parking with direct access into the hotel.

Our usual Hotel of choice sadly closed but we have now found a fine alternative and will use it from now on. Free hot drinks 24 hours is a real bonus! Very friendly staff to add to the positives.DavidSpain

We walked into Granada centre a couple of times which took an hour or so. Room was clean and adequate size. Loads of restaurants/takeaways very close by. Plenty of street parking outside the hotel entrance.

Staff work pretty hard to keep buffet breakfast running and the tables clean. Secure and free onsite parking. Hotel is far from ancient city, 30min by bus N5 or 10min drive. Overall good 2-3 star hotel.

There is a bus stop near by (The N5 - But have cash!! They don't accept cards) For a little over a Euro each way you are in town. 24hr hot Drinks in the foyer. And Carrefore round the corner.

You can take a bus from the hotel to the Alhambra. No need to drive to the city centre and it is difficult to find parking. The hotel location is also near Carrefour and food outlets.
