Not everyone speaks English and has absolutely no knowledge of Disneyland Park (tickets, working hours, etc.) The hairdryer did not work in the room, there was no spare at the hotel, the safe also did not work. The room is very noisy. There is no water, slippers and bathrobes in the room. The transfer is very limited (you need to book in advance) goes 2 times per day

Had to carry heavy luggage up on stairs. Sooo small room, couldn't fit my luggage to open. We booked 3 nights but left the next day, only stayed a night. Picture on booking not the same what we got. Hotel is also middle of nowhere. No shuttlebus to disney as they describe they would provide but actually didn't. Very dissapointing.

In the parking lot they had only 1 electric charger, which was more than enough for our stay as there was only one other electric car. The hallway and rooms are small and quite tight but comfortable.
